Why we dance
“A space for movement, connection, and liberation in nature. We begin with a drop in, short introductions, and the shared intent of the dance to be a safe space for people to experience coherence — individually and as a collective.” 🙏
The Drop In
We begin with movement, mindfulness, or breath work to arrive in our bodies and the space together.
The Dance
1–3 DJs guide us through a wave of sound. Free, family friendly, no experience needed.
Integration
We close together — landing the energy of the dance and the connections made.

Light Beam Dance under the Willow
Our 5th weekend at our venue — a willow tree named Dancer in Green Lake. We'll have music, a sign that says "Dance With Us", and radiant light beam energy that welcomes anyone walking by to join us. Please come and spread the word!
